Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to either provide a free return label or ask you to ship the item back at your own cost. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Some personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Some discounted or final sale items
In these cases, we may be able to offer a refund without requiring you to ship the item back. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
